A much needed renovation of the restaurant completely transformed the look of the previous structure earlier this year, but all of the aspects that have kept Gilligan’s a local favorite for decades are still in place including their legendary massive crabcake entrée (Owner Cheryl Tilton’s own recipe) and Gilligan’s favorite mixologist Andrew, who has been keeping patron’s happy for more than fifteen years from behind the bar.
