Wednesday night, Sam & Mariah Calagione hosted friends, family, industry colleagues, and media for a sneak peek before Friday’s unveil of the new 6,300-square-foot, 180 seat Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats.
Executive chef Zach Dick showed off some of Dogfish’s upgraded dishes. From wood fired pizza to jalepeno aioli filled fried pickles - all the food is top notch!
A main focus in the new building is the 220-square-foot stage, equipped with a premium sound and lighting system that was created to highlight local and national bands.
A large, horseshoe style, walnut-top bar, with a tap tower constructed from repurposed metal from the Milton brewery, provides panorama views of the raised stage.
The draft tower features twenty-four taps pouring fan-favorite Dogfish Head beers like 90 Minute IPA, SeaQuench Ale, 60 Minute IPA and Flesh & Blood IPA.
Guests will also enjoy Brewpub Exclusives, cask-conditioned beers and a highly focused and deliberate cocktail program spotlighting scratch-made spirits from Dogfish Head Distilling Co.

The menu at Brewings & Eats highlights original pub fare such as Crab Corn Chowder, Seafood Tacos , Fish and Chips, and House Baked Pretzel Bites - but it also is serving up some new exclusives!
The ever inventive Dogfish Head culinary team will also introduce newly inspired items like Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, Rotisserie Chicken, Wood-Grilled Grilled Cheese Sandwich , and Wood Oven Pizzas crafted with house made dough.

Brewed in collaboration with Bryan Selders of Post Brewing (and formerly of DFH) this is a one-of-a-kind 'session' barleywine brewed with English Maris Otter malt, sucanat and a caramelized sweet onion marmalade.
Let’s Gose Crazy:
Our non-traditional gose is brewed with malted and raw wheat, mango and Hawaiian Red Aleae salt, then soured with 2 strains of lactobacillus. Light notes of mango and lemon, a bright acidity and dry, slightly salty finish make this the perfect refresher.
Oozing With Joy:
Juicy hops are center stage on this DIPA dry-hopped at 3 lbs per barrel with a blend of 2 experimental varieties and Mosaic.
We go "full English" with this uber traditional ESB brewed with Maris Otter and Mile Ale malts, Torrefied Wheat & British crystal malt. East Kent Golding hops added in the brewhouse while dry hops add earth floral and fruity notes.
The original Brewings & Eats will remain open all summer for visitors to purchase Dogfish Head merchandise and to fill crowlers and growlers to-go. Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, located at 320 Rehoboth Ave., serves lunch and dinner daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. and brunch is served on Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
