In this episode of Coastal Cuisine, host Michael Sprouse and the C.C. Crew visit El Dorado in Rehoboth. El Dorado’s claim to fame may be the delicious Fish Tacos. Many locals believe that owner Aquiles Demerutis was the first to introduce the beer batter dipped, lightly fried Mahi delicacies to the region. That may or may not be local food folklore, but it doesn’t change the fact that El Dorado’s Tacos De Pescado are super popular along with several other equally incredible, authentic Mexican dishes that are available on the menu.
